在该酒店我第一次见到了所谓的“新式”客房服务。什么意思呢？就是住在这个那么好的酒店里，中午打电话要求酒店帮我打扫一下房间；下午回来发现我的房间里面：
1.床没有铺
2.洗手台没有擦干净
3.没有更换新的洗漱用品
4.护发素也没有按时补充
只是所谓的帮我换了浴袍，帮我把垃圾丢了！仅此而已！！
但是话说回来，该酒店卫生、设施和公共区域都很棒。很干净，人也很少。适合喜欢出去喜欢安静的朋友。

很满意。环境好，房间设置，干净程度，泡池等都满意，因为带着小朋友，酒店前台管家还细心的帮看管了一下小朋友，泡澡回来还贴心的提醒有热姜茶。只是希望以后泡池和泳池能延长或提早营业时间，第一天到达的时候已经八点半，泡了不到一小时就赶在关门前出来了，第二天下午两点才开放就赶不上游泳和泡温泉，有点小遗憾。

不错的体验。亲子房间也好。特别是机器人到房间送东西让孩子很兴奋。唯一有点小遗憾的就是阿树罗温泉有点远了，天气冷的时候走着去还是有点凉de 带小孩的请注意。也可以去到那边再换衣服就是有点麻烦。酒店门口栈道也很舒服，值得再去。我们离店de那天，温泉接待了很多旅行团，人有点多。

酒店服务挺好的，服务态度很热情，房间订的是双床的，一卧一客厅，房型紧凑，总体来说还是满意的。停车方便，有地下停车场，餐饮很好，泡池也不错，性价比也好，住房间可以泡温泉含早餐，还赠送过桥米线。
