酒店环境不错，但有一个问题就是晚上用餐，服务不是很好，竟然要收服务费10%！早餐菜肴还行，另外泡温泉不错，泡了二十多分钟，出汗了不少，整体感觉舒服！酒店送我们到机场，司机师傅服务挺好，还没想到他竟然是我的老乡！

孩子喜欢三亚的天域，所以来长白山就首选天域了。总体来说都很满意的，就是觉得前台略显生硬，房间除非套房否则窗户都比较小。其余的都很满意，孩子玩的非常开心，还有温泉可以泡。有接机送机服务。去西坡特别方便。

酒店门口就是去长白山天池西坡景点的换乘中心，非常方便，如果去西坡游玩的朋友，这是最好的选择！

家里的小朋友喜欢三亚天域，所以这次来长白山也定了这里，可进入房间看到了之前顾客留下的东西，卫生间里还有之前顾客弹的烟灰，无奈给前台打电话，说完情况就没下文了，过了半个小时我只好再打给前台，前台才说给收拾，说换房要到另一栋什么的，难道顾客退房都不需要打扫吗？哎，天域现在怎么这个样子了，真不是我玻璃心，真真配不上它的价格呀！还有那个前台，不管什么事情，你不打第二次电话再问她一遍，她绝对不会管你，我对天域的印象大打折扣！
