总台服务太太太太差，给的房间还是脏房，投诉之后有客房服务的人来看过之后，互相在那扯皮，而不是想着赶紧给我换一个房间，最好还是自己去总台换，总台不是立刻给我换，还问我，房间怎么是脏的，里面有人吗？等等之类，总之，第一次遇到这样的服务。
