很垃圾的酒店，退房时间晚了半个小时非要加收半天房费，并且我是300定的，他加收半天房费按照他们门市价400多收，我真的服，像是没见过钱，没格局没回头客的酒店。

酒店大气高档，是白银市最好的酒店，洁具都是ToTo的，刚入住服务员就送酸奶，早餐丰富可口，前台接待还不错，左边那位解释我们的问题说话有点冲，让人不舒服。

酒店服务非常好，前台的服务人员有礼貌还很热情，酒店的早餐以中式为主，在餐厅吃晚餐的时候还有工作人员帮我去买啤酒非常的感谢，酒店有自己的地下停车场，要不是着急回京，真想在多住几天，非常不错的酒店。
