住了两天，两天的退款都拿不到，第一天弄到去哪儿网，第二天和服务员说了三次，帮忙确定入住，服务员一直说确认入住，后面算了就是个骗子酒店，再不会入住

不知道服务员有意还是有意，把我在艺订的弄到去哪儿订，我说过兰4两次是艺龙订的，想领退的金额，才发现领不到了，房间很不错，就是让我领不到退款很不爽
