房间真心不错，就是服务人员有些坑人的意思，第一次问房间有，从网上订好了，结果告诉我们又没有了，通过艺龙客服给我们订到了房间，我也是艺龙的老客户了，这样的事情还是第一次碰到！还是很赞艺龙客服！

这应该是会宁最好的酒店了吧，228的价格比在兰州机场的酒店好多了，硬件都不错。虽然有些小地方略有不足，但已经难能可贵了。
早饭也可以，就是要步行到3楼还是4楼吃早饭比较累，呵呵。边上就是免费的会师园可以参观。不错不错

服务员很热情，有电梯，有热水，入住的人很多。
就是地毯被烫坏不少，吸烟的人太多了。

硬件一般，服务就不怎么样了，服务员态度较差，有待改进。
1、说是4星酒店，早餐不能送餐。赶时间，拿着早餐券想拿个鸡蛋就走，说早餐不能外带，只能现吃。想想算了，不能一早就生气，旁边的客人也要拿，服务员不让，人家说“我拿6张券就拿6个鸡蛋怎么不行”，结果人家成功，看来服务是有标准的，谁横给谁服务好。
2、洗澡间干湿不分离，一洗澡就水漫金山。下午洗了澡，没法弄了，叫服务员收拾一下。结果说，我们一天就收拾一次，毛巾就提供一次，无语中。。。。。。

设施、安静、卫生方面都不错。提点建议，房间温度太热，中央空调还是暖气，总之没看到送风口，也没找到调温的开关。害的我开窗户睡了一晚，真是浪费能源
