第一次到北屯，朋友几个人自驾来到这酒店，大堂接待服务是很好很快的很满意。我们订了两个房间，其中一間房間浴室有浴屏封的，另一间就没有浴屏封的，其中一间有电脑另一间是没电脑的，大堂有四粒星的，房间里面脚线都已经破烂，作为一间四星级酒店，浴室里冲完凉后地下湿透了，不想再进入浴室，这不能说是四星级酒店，管理层要认真检讨一下。管理层不改变一下，这酒店很快就变成二星酒店了。
