凌晨入住的两间房间，929房间床头墙面开裂严重，天花吸顶灯和喇叭都没有安装好，手持花洒可以，但是热带雨淋可能是堵住了，水量很小。算了，这么晚了，洗洗睡了。可是卧室天花板上不断的滴水声音根本无法入睡，打电话到前台，也就是叫个服务员来确认一下，后来说给我们换房间换到8楼（我们两间房间一起的，怎么问也不问一下换到8楼行不行）还说9楼没有大床房了。在我的拒绝下，最终还是换到了931房间。（说明有房间的咯，只是房型有个阳台而已）。早上8:30，就听到客房部在开会了。首先房间的隔音太差，第二怎么在客区开例会，那么大的地方就没有后场区域可以开会？到早上退房前台问我929的房卡呢？怎么给711的卡？我说这是931的卡（大半夜的没有觉睡，在搬家，还没有人帮我们，前台也不知道上来打个招呼，早上前台也没有打招呼关于房间的问题。真的，除了硬件设施可以，但是酒店管理是真心的差。房间维修保养不到位，解决问题能力严重缺乏。跟进处理客人投诉也没有，也就真的只能卖这个价了。

酒店很大也很干净，早餐非常好，唯一缺点就是太贵了，网上订标间竟然只有一份早餐，前台不错还免收了一份的钱，服务值得称赞
