酒店固执，不能人性化服务，有急事要返程，酒店执意不能退费，第一天入住房两间，第二天上午退房一间，另一间房，通过艺龙网续住，下午17:35接到电话，有急事需返程，与艺龙网联系申请退房，艺龙积极给予处理，但酒店执意不退房又继续收取全天的房费！
