房间设施非常陈旧，且卫生打扫不过关，窗框上还有吃剩下的薯片，晚上还有不明人员来敲门。同行的伙伴都有遇到这种情况。

第一次住这家银泰大酒店，挺好的，酒店卫生干净，服务也挺好的，特别是总台有个叫各美的服务人员，服务热情周到，工作很细心，礼仪上也让人感觉挺舒服的！决定下次出差还住这里👍
