办了入住进了房间发现半瓶沐浴露。特别特别不理解为什么要把上个客人用剩下的半瓶沐浴露留给我，能给个解释吗？另外还有为什么把饮料放进冰箱，几个小时回来发现变成了热饮，到底是冰箱还是微波炉？

酒店在闹市区，所在的英雄中路对交通管控很严，不过周边配套很齐全，吃饭购物全都很方便，华诺百货，华诺超市，虽然酒店没有游泳馆，但是旁边不远就有长治市游泳馆，也算不错的健身配套设施吧。酒店内部的配套设施还是很不错的，早餐也不错，可以推荐一下。
