单就床的舒适度来说，和4星的宾馆有一比。房间虽小，但整洁。但前台妹妹的业务能力还要提高呀！综合来说，还不错吧!希望下次入住时能够有所提高!

周边环境不佳，但酒店内部不错，特别是房间内，面积大、装修好。
但第二天退房时出现了不愉快，房间内少一条毛巾，清洁大姐说要赔20元，但我们根本就没用过毛巾，应该是房间内本就少一条。最终前台打电话请示了领导，领导说算了。。
我的感觉:毕竟是小酒店，硬件看上去是很好了，但员工素质和内部制度规范还应加强！
