房间设施、装修相对老旧，但干净卫生，对得起这个价位。服务态度好，刚进来时，排风扇坏了，一个电活，维修人员就过来换个新的相比其它一些快捷酒店普通宾馆等要好多了。酒店正规、高端，管理及服务人员素质都比较高，建议酒店重新装修。

真的是老酒店，设施这些很旧，房间里墙纸都坏了，这个酒店只能说干净！服务人员很热情！其他的真的不怎么样！4星的对于贵州来说，真的只有那样！不知道为什么，贵州的酒店都那样，都不好！
