酒店很舒适，窗外就是雪道，可以看见运动员训练。房间很宽敞，床也很大很舒适，还有两个卫生间。游泳池也不错，1.3-1.5米深，25米长，有雪景陪伴，赏心悦目。只是淋浴设施略微简单，没有大浴巾，游完泳还是挺冷的。雪具大厅旁还有个室内儿童乐园，蹦床滑梯，小朋友很喜欢。早餐很丰富，有个羊杂粉，味道相当赞。酒店总体很好，推荐亲子入住。

早餐品种多，烤肉自助餐不赖！晚上星空灿烂，漂亮！坐酒店的缆车上山顶方便，山顶景气很美，上周下过雪，山上还有，够冷?_?从酒店到草原天路开车不远，这季节看树很美！房间地面卫生差，可能与多年使用的地毯有关吧。酒店是个大工地，乱！酒店入口标识不清晰，第一次到酒店外面不知道那里是大堂？

一大早揪着个五岁的小孩，死活要补个早餐费，一定要小孩去墙边量身高，1米21，必须补。这都是什么服务心态？还强调这钱也不是他自己挣，让我们全家的出行体验很差。管理不够人性化的酒店，硬件再好也是空壳。
