订酒店的时候看点评都说早餐差，没想到有这么差，早餐就让吃这个？二个大人带了一个小孩，第一次住酒店告诉说一米一以上的要半票，要付钱，付了钱进去大部分餐盘都是空的啊！

预定时跟前台说好了要2间带浴缸的房间，千叮咛万嘱咐，结果当晚入住时还是没有，接待经理说是她的工作失误且已经没有房间可调了，接受了她的道歉，但一句失误的理由让顾客很失望和对酒店的失信。淋浴间的下水不畅，水全漫在了整个洗漱间；房间空调一直是在18度，向前台反映后派来工作人员进进出出3趟依然没有好转，请求加毛毯也是回复没有，酒店是紧靠着山体，还是比较寒冷的，住宿不满意；早餐非常差，8点40下去，饭菜全是凉的，水果酸奶都没有，品种很少；酒店唯一感到不错的是酒店的温泉。以后不会选择入住这里了。

没有无线网，中央空调不是先打开的，卫生间淋浴不固定，不密封，前台服务态度
