不知该如何进行这次评价，同时定了两间房，由于房型不同，分两次预定，结果其中一间日期忘了改，确认后发现定错日期，立刻联系客服与酒店协调，得到的答复是订单已过修改和取消期限不能更改日期，我就这样必须为一间自己没有入住的酒店客房付费，同时又为了不影响出行而再次预定了一间正确日期的客房，虽然确为疏忽之故，却也很无奈于酒店方的“铁面无私”，心里很不舒服……我想，不管酒店服务和设施有多好，都让我觉得很“无情”。ps：

该酒店是加格达奇市内很好的酒店，酒店面对新世纪大广场，视野开阔，地理位置好。设置也不错，床单和毛巾都很干净，服务员还做了晚床，留了温馨卡片，早餐也很丰盛，性价比很高。
