东北之行15天，这是住的最不舒服的一个酒店。硬件不用说，在村里算最好之一。但是服务必须着重说一下：第一：办理入住，一个小伙子带我们到房间门口，说这是你们的房间，就走了，路上也没帮我们拿行李。第二：在酒店餐厅吃饭，服务员坐在我们座位上点菜。第三：早餐供给不足，吃的时候每个菜都见底了，和服务员说加点菜，服务员都没表情，既不说同意，也不说不同意，反正不给加。吃饭的过程中有不少人向服务员提出加点菜，结果服务员就是把菜扒拉到一起，然后就走了。关键是所有菜和主食和粥都没有加热，吃的时候都是凉的，旁边一对夫妇没办法要了一杯白开水才吃下饭，结果我们吃了一肚子冷冰冰的走了。咱们不说口味怎么样、品质怎么样，起码吃口热乎的饭菜呀，这点都没做到。不要说700块钱的酒店，就是100块钱的农家院也会给你顿热乎饭菜呀。真想问一下员工，你们老板知道你们是这么服务的吗？这不是把酒店往死了做吗？现在村里陆续出现了北极山庄等高档酒店，你们这样的服务不是把客人往外撵吗？现在公款消费越来越少了，大部分都是游客自费来住的，这样的口碑能留住客人吗？我希望管理层能看到这篇评论，你们已经到了非整顿不可的地步了。

服务一般，房间卫生尤其地板卫生差(服务员说客人太多来不及吸尘)，房间较大，无空调，通风不好。

在北极村还是不错的，只是无窗房空气不好，装修气味大，建议酒店想想办法换换气，如果想舒适还是有窗的吧。

在村路，位置好近邻北极广场黑龙江边，设施不错价格在这种旅游区也算公道，停车区很大很方便
