酒店是北极村里数一数二的高档酒店 设施卫生都没问题 前台服务一般，酒店的对外宣传有些问题，游泳池和健身房如果不开放就不要对外这样宣传，从2016年起就有顾客投诉这个问题，前台以正在装修为借口是站不住脚的。我个人认为做生意还是要诚信为本。其他的都还好

可以说是最北的大酒店了，门庭是够大，房间的布局有点不如意，北极村里应该是最好的吧！价格有点高，必竟是在景区里。

北极村里的酒店，基本是最大的酒店了，进酒店在景区内需要额外买景区门票和观光车票，房间虽然是无窗但是很大，有麻将机，房间很宽敞！房间里空间确实很大，还送了早餐，不错不错[OK]漠河的夏天凉爽啊，只有15度啊！房间里Wi-Fi略慢,希望改进

作为一个五A级景区里面的最贵的酒店，我本以为钱花到了，最起码的硬件和服务可以享受到吧。带着孩子开了一整天的车，想到酒店好好休息一下。结果酒店没空调！ 房间开着窗，开着空调吹室内还26℃，孩子热的睡不着，打电话到前台找个风扇都没有。我也是醉了！！
极度建议以后别来这酒店。
