冲着温泉去的，下午很早就到了，结果说管子坏了温泉来不了水。到了晚上快十点了才能终于能泡了。池子很小，水温还可以。房间很一般，也就是七八十块的水平。早餐很简单，就稀饭馒头煮鸡蛋。

千万不要订，这家真的超级垃圾，连热水都没有，服务员都承认他们确实没有热水，***太坑人，再也不再艺龙订房了，交了保证金没法退房。

元旦涨价太厉害，温泉很小，应该是天然的，早上太烫泡不了，下午人很多，晚上水冷了只有最小的池子可以泡，都挤在那里。房间很小，靠卫生间的墙全是水渍，床很硬，像直接睡在木板上一样，空调开了20小区32度最多也只有23度左右，温泉还可以，酒店确实不太满意，下次应该不会再去了。

离花水湾有点距离，我们去的时候只开放了半个池子的温泉，我们10点半回来的时候水也被放了。
第二天早上。。没有热水，也没有早饭。。工作人员居然说他们自己都没有人煮早饭，喊我们去对面的小店里吃。最后前台就只给我退了10块钱，酒店设施基本可以，但是服务啥子的实在不咋样。

前台服务超耐心，因多订了一个房间，本来不可取消的，但她们帮忙联系，同程的美女也给力，最后给退了，赞👍。温泉不错，人少水好。房间一般，床垫太旧，感觉睡在弹簧上。早餐没吃，不知如何。
