设施较普通，我们订的套房，刚好两家人带娃娃一起住，套房在另外一个小区里，离主楼服务中心还有一段距离。房间有地暖，一进房间就感觉得到温暖，但是想要调高温度是不行的。周末高峰期价格比平时高出很多，性价比就不高了。温泉是在酒店对面的巴登巴登温泉酒店，凭房卡去，离我们的房间大概走路需要5到10分钟，而且温泉关得早，11点去都关了。

酒店外观看起来不怎样，大堂也不怎样。但房间确实还是不错的。前台人员亲和力不怎样。还需要加强职业素养。另外洗澡一会冷水，一会烫的不得了，确实痛苦。温泉池很小，需要到另外的地方去泡。总体来说还是值得推荐！

地理位置不错，但是条件很差。房间里面连浴袍都没有，服务台电话是空设、根本没有人接；房价高、服务差、连发票都没有……都没有见过这样的酒店，还4-5星的酒店，真的很差。

酒店房间设施还是可以，房间面积比较大，但温泉太差了，池子很小，而且没有换洗衣服的地方，温泉水硫磺味也很重，强烈建议把温泉池整改好点。

酒店不错，房间很大，地暖也很暖和。位置很好找，到了花水湾温泉小镇左拐就是。早餐也不错，很丰盛，适合旅游出行。值得推荐，唯一不足就是停车位稍少。
