酒店位置还行，距离刘氏庄园很近，和电车总站、刘文辉旧居、延庆园都近，酒店环境也很幽静，但是设施设备较陈旧，房间灯光照明不足，说明上说好的是2-3楼层也与实际不符，实际让住的1楼，虽然说少了爬楼梯的方便，但感觉不够安全和私密。价格与实际感觉还是不符，不是价廉物美。

建川产业的酒店，设施古朴，有年代感，早餐就是稀饭包子之类，小菜和各种酱挺多的，干净卫生，主要是位置方便，出门就是刘氏庄园和建川博物馆，带父母来的，老人累了随时可以回来休息一下再去，特别方便，樊建川靠一己之力搞民间收藏，支持一下。

酒店是建川博物馆的下属酒店，环境清静，有很多红色年代的图片，开业时间较长，设施有点陈旧，总的还不错，就是节假日价格有点贵，离建川博物馆和刘文彩庄园都很近！

住这里完全是冲着樊先生去的，主要是离博物馆很近且又是樊先生的产业，必须支持。但是酒店条件确实有点不好，房间很大的霉味，房内设施有点老旧了，床头没有插座手机充电很麻烦，淋浴间的玻璃滑门坏了，地漏有点堵漏水很慢。建议樊先生找个时间把酒店重新装修一下吧。
