之前订亲子套餐来过几次，这次黄金周通过艺龙订的双床房，等入住等了一个小时，比我们后边到前台的都陆续入住，可我们还得等！注意是所有后边客户都入住，就我们带着孩子傻等。甚至个别旅客，前台还亲自带客户到房间，就留我们傻等！而我们没有解释，只是不停的说，房间还在打扫。最终老婆怒了，找前台理论,才拿到房卡！到房间一看，这儿那儿是刚打扫好的房间，是早就准备好的。我难道错了？难道我通过艺龙，就这个体验？！之前对酒店印象还不错，所以才带丫头再次来酒店，可这次的遭遇，我是该怪酒店，还是我这次自己犯贱通过艺龙订房,才遭到差别待遇？！
