前台人员服务一般，没有微笑服务。客房服务意识不好。在房间开抽屉是拉断了指甲，想用下指甲剪，客房服务只告诉没有，这些东西不在房间里备上，但客房服务中心也应该备吧。希望能提升。

酒店很不错，定的价格也比较优惠，但房型不是特别好，临街，晚上关了阳台门才能睡。总体还是不错的

必须吐槽的是：1.入住等待时间过久。要求12点退房，下午两点过到达还无法办理入住，说客房还在打扫。没有明确时间答复，只说帮催一下。等待近五十分钟后才出来一间房。另一间需要再等待四十分钟。同行的老人小孩疲惫不堪。2.早餐完全配不上五星级酒店。餐点品类单一且少，转一圈不知道取什么。黄油还是植物奶油（反式脂肪）。牛奶居然是奶粉兑的。完全没有服务精神，只是严格门口验房号签到，要求1.2米以上儿童购票。

整体环境，位置都不错，国庆价格也不错，房间也很舒服，适合带小孩，很安静。不足之处:早餐品种有待增加，内部配套设施有待提升。
