酒店位置在鸳鸯池索道旁边，是上后山的起点，地理位置好；
酒店设施能够满足度假需要，今年新增了一些娱乐设施；
服务人员态度不错，有耐心；
餐厅味道中规中矩，自助早餐还不错；
房间卫生满意；
每个房间有免费wifi。

酒店在雪山门口，第二天上山很方便，环境也可以，前台非常恶心，6个人站在那里，就我们4个入住，问是不是送门票，就像死人一样，一句话不说
酒店管理很有问题，可能是景区，你住不住无所谓

硬件设施不怎么好，酒店早餐不好吃，唯一的好处就是离坐索道的地方很近。不过因为在山脚，晚上没有逛的和吃的。要走很远

位置好性价比高 早餐比之前丰富很多。前台有个女服务员态度极冷漠傲慢，令人入住十分不快！退房时候的工作人员亲切多了，要那么高冷就不要从事服务业好吗？好好的心情都被破坏了！
