除了电梯特别难等之外，硬件超过三星标准。30层楼，只有两部电梯，高峰时等十几分钟是常事。工作人员明显缺乏培训，软件服务就是旅店的水平。服务员工作时大声喧哗，对客人熟视无睹。

退房时间太长了，比我后面退的都走了我还在哪里等！烧水壶根本就没有清洗里面全是上个住的人煮的鸡蛋。。。。大冬天的只能喝冷水差评！住了好几次了第一次给差评实在是太差了
