和朋友一起预订了这家酒店。预订时没有再次确认日期，订成了前一天的房间。到达目的地后，才发现定错了日期。当天酒店已经没有房了，不得不满开江跑找住的地方。让我惊讶的时候，在我前一天、未入住的时候，酒店没有询问我何时入住，是否留房。虽然房费不贵，但是这样的服务态度确实有待改善。
