前台服务非常好，很耐心的帮我们介绍房间和附近好吃的，帮我们提行李到房间，真的感觉很暖心，房间送了水果给我们，房间很大，很干净，不愧是开江最好的星级酒店，以后回来就住这里了，早餐很丰富，味道不错，办理退房也很快，很满意，强烈推荐！

早餐不错，房间挺大的，床软硬适中，卫生间干湿分区设计，环境不错。在小县城来说很用心了，属于城市新区，周边配套还不完善。

走进酒店办入住时前台小妹菜菜和媛媛十分热情主动的打了招呼问好，给人一种回到家的感觉，询问附近有什么好吃的推荐也十分有耐心的推荐，并且主动帮忙叫了出租车。酒店整体环境也不错，早餐也很nice，入住体验棒极了
