订的是标准房，到了房间发现窗户对着建筑地盘，早晨6点就开工怕吵问酒店能否换对面的房，原来对面全是大些的豪华房，还好淡季出游有空余房给换且免费升级，睡后觉得床太软跟酒店说，酒店就安排返转床垫，原来双面各有软硬可选。第二晚睡的确硬了更适合我。沟通就能得到满意的服务，此服务団队应该能得连锁店内部最佳服务奖。
