酒店很不文明，电梯里总是有人吸烟，大厅也是。入住的客人素质很低，连着住三天晚上，有两个晚上都非常吵。凌晨一两点钟都有人大声喧哗。
白天服务员也大声的在楼道说话。
很不安静，整体环境差。
