酒店硬件不错，软件就差很多了，中餐厅可以，温泉一般，如果花钱去公共区域泡一定要下午去！

促销价格非常实惠，因去年的网上订单就在酒店无法入住，这次特别和酒店多次电话确认，结果到了前台仍然被告知无订单，要我们去销售部打单。说明酒店内部衔接有问题。服务员大姐微笑很温暖，帮我们打扫小泡池，调电视，换吹风机，送水果。酒店前台的美女却是一张哭丧脸，如丧考妣。酒店环境一流，温泉水正宗，以后会再来
