很不愉快的一次入住，首先到前台被莫名的告知：你定的房间第二天已经预定出去了，你必须在第二天九点前要退房，如果你同意就给你开房间。当时前台小姐说这些的时候口气很坚决，并且一副十分不耐烦，爱住不住的表情，在与前台小姐交涉的过程中，另一位前台也在旁边帮腔，态度很不友好。总之感觉前台小姐非常的横，你爱住不住。交涉了很久，就是不给我办入住，非要让我同意第二天9点前退房。最后还是一个领导出面，好像是给我调整了房间才给我办理了入住。酒店其他硬件设施都很OK。

说是五星，真心感觉一般，设施有点旧了，餐厅出品也一般，早餐品种少，酸奶太冷想等温一点再喝还不让带走，难道要我等喝个酸奶一直占着位子不走吗？我是想着别占着位子以免其他人来了没地方坐，谁知酒店服务员不领情呢！

去年住过一次，感觉不错，今年又入住，完全很糟糕，首先房间已显破旧，屋内墙纸到处脱落，估计为了客源拉了很多团队，从早餐自助可以感受得到，人声鼎沸，菜品拿放乱七八糟，最最不可思议的居然同一房间重复安排客人，详情不再赘述，总之，应该不会再去了
