我们是2018年2月27中午12:30通过艺龙预订并入住该酒店的，前台服务人员态度冷漠、恶劣，洒店设施陈旧，卫生差，房间过道十分闷热并散发出异味。最令人难以忍受的是：整个酒店是统一供暖，且房间无论怎么调温温度都是奇热的（估计在30度左右），调温开关根本不能调温（形同摆设），关机后至少持续供热两小时以上，闷热严重影响睡眠，工作人员在大冬天给我们拿了一台风扇过来降温，第一台风扇居然是坏的，又去调换了一台，我们只能在冬天里开着风扇入住，真是一家各项指数极差的酒店，体验感受太差了！
