这是我用了这么多次美团，第一次给差评，主要是给前台那个收银员差评，昨晚9点左右我回到酒店发现门不能反锁，吧台电话打不通，于是我下楼去吧台想问问吧员能不能给我换一个房间，吧员很不耐烦的给我说不能，坐在凳子上很拽的给我说如果我实在要换还有一间房间，于是我就上楼去看另外一间，保洁给我说这个房间漏水，然后我又回到我的房间
