在携程上提前一个月订了这家酒店 当我们一行四人到达酒店的时候被告知无房 问其原因原来是一个月前确认的那个人离开酒店了 我就想说她当初也是代表酒店 她离开了你们就不认账了？？？ 无奈离家几千里 周围又没有可以住的地方了 只得住了他们高价的贵宾套房 垃圾呀 设施陈旧 椅子腿断了用木片钉钉子固定 服务员的态度也很牛* 爱住不住 对了在这里要赞一下携程很讲诚信 替我们补足了房子的差价 没有让我们受到一点损失 非常有诚信的网站 以后继续用携程
