虽然是德令哈艺龙网上最贵的酒店，但是超级垃圾，房间很小，还有一股霉味。热水竟然是每个房间放个电热水器…早餐很烂…服务员完全没有服务意识。差评！

提前一个月通过艺龙预定，入住当天与酒店确认，居然告知没有预定。投诉艺龙经过反复协调，到酒店后还是没房后又出示短信勉强有房但换为大床房（1.5m)，且态度极差！入住后酒店标准低，即使考虑到在德令哈这样的高原小城，设施也不行。此事属于艺龙与酒店订房协调问题，但造成旅客权益受到损失，强烈谴责酒店和艺龙！
