宾馆前身是海西洲政府招待所，历史和时间真的久远，后期没有跟进维修和装璜，处处显现着历史的斑驳，设备设施坏的地方很多，停了四次电，其间，服务跟踪也不到位，整体来说，很一般，但受限于小地方的条件，所以也不好讲究太多。服务人员的服务质量非常一般，也许他们都麻目和僵化了吧。房间的唯一亮点就是有一个比较大的三星的液晶电视。

酒店位置偏僻，晚上出行不方便，旁边有个大医院，房间总体还是不错的，因为在州政府对面，感觉在当地的档次还是可以滴。
