老板比较热情，有问必答，来的时候接的我们，服务态度也很好，我原本定的三楼的客房，结果到了以后按原价换到四楼，挺好，非常感谢，希望下次再来的时候周围的路，环境都以完善了。

中肯的评价：最后结账前的一切都比较满意，老板娘以及其他服务人员都很热心及热情，由于走时比较着急，忘记退定金，结果年轻男老板的态度确实有点问题，如果下次，肯定会因为你不再入住，做生意嘛，和气生财，至于10天在我强烈要求下才退钱么？在这里要感谢下携程客服部的经理，积极，认真
