房间枕头不干净，厕所马桶坏的，地暖老板开了半天没打开，最后还拿了个油酊取暖。酒店硬件不行，位置还可以。

好吧，除了景观无敌以外，设施简陋，烧水水壶都不配，马桶的开关也快坏了，摇摇欲坠。老板态度还不错。

怎么说呢，在附近一堆酒店里面，时光梅里的价格的确是比较便宜，也有个公用平台可以看到梅里雪山，这是好的方面。但如果放在同价位香格里拉、大理、丽江等地的酒店/客栈相比，这里的硬件设施真不是一般的差。首先双人房只有一对拖鞋，没有热水壶，晚上不断跳电闸，天，我们只是两台手机在冲电而已，而且楼梯底的公共厕所味道实在让我不想下楼。

为推荐和不推荐犹豫了好久，从经济角度讲住观景房直接房间里就可以仰望卡瓦格博或者在酒店观景台也可以省下飞来寺观景台门票，这还是不错的。从住宿体验讲，艺龙提前25天预订的酒店到了以后老板说预订不成功，要求加钱换更好的房间，只好打艺龙客服投诉，最后老板同意免费升级。入住完毕，在酒店楼下餐厅点餐，结果比我们迟10分钟点餐的客人吃了二十多分钟我们才上菜，找老板说是服务员业务不熟练，是不是刁难就不说了；再说房间没有浴巾毛巾牙刷牙膏水杯……烧水壶里还有大堆的茶叶，卫生间味道太呛人。看在在观景台看到卡瓦格博真容而且第二天早餐紫薯粥还可口的份上就选个勉为其难的推荐吧
