住宿情况不错，但是宾馆餐厅服务质量不是一般的差，前台接待的人员根本没有服务意识，明明有空包厢，坚决不给开，带着1岁的小孩满大街找吃饭的地方，最后找不到再回到酒店才给开的包厢，菜咸的一塌糊涂。

酒店位置很不错，我们是去带孩子出游，设施都很不错，性价比很高的酒店，但有一点我用这么久携程网还没遇到过的是我提交的三间房，前台告诉我必须要提交人的身份证，我问如果行程有变人没来怎么办？她说你看你提交的是不能更改的担保订单！我只知道这里的预付订单不可更改的是房型和入住日期，全能的前台却给我“普及”了一课，很无语啊！希望你们不要加进自己的所谓更改内容…特别表扬客服服务人员很有礼貌！
