其他方面还好，服务需要改进。1：在中餐厅用餐时有整根蹄膀骨，让服务员帮忙把肉从骨头上剔下来，服务员拿着刀直接就在转盘上干起活来，说了2次把菜端到边上弄，服务员就像没听见一样，最后还是我们自己把菜给端到边上去了。2：退房时在前台耽搁了超过半小时，服务员一件事还没处理完就接着处理另一件事，导致前台客人越积越多，从2个客人最后到围了十几个客人，没有这本事就老老实实一件一件处理么！一个男经理挺着大肚子站旁边只知道看着，也不会指挥调配。最后发火了服务员才手忙脚乱的把发票给我开出来。
