携程订好的房间。钱也付了。到酒店找不到订单。好在承认了携程发给我的订单。网络电视经常断网。看不了电视。放在茶几上无标识看似免费为两瓶普通矿泉水退房时收了六元。说给携程订的不免费。只给柜台订的免费。总之服务一般。感觉差。

在携程上订好的房间，尽然没有预留，不靠谱！我们交了钱呀！好不容易调整了一间，烟味特别重，没办法休息。前台工作效率特别低，退个房等了半个多小时。
