此次香格里拉出行因老人高原反应提前结束行程，酒店老板仁心当天三间房费只收了房价的20%,按照携程订房时的约定是要全额收取的。因行程打乱只能包车离开，退房走时给我们带的奶片苹果喝水给我们路上食用。前台的美女服务太贴心啦！感谢藏民的友好款待和帮忙！如果有到香格里拉玩的朋友推荐入住此客栈，客栈环境和景色都很棒！
