早餐有藏式，西式，西式就不用说了都知道，藏式的有地道的藏族风味，酥油茶、青稞考饼、水果等，不常去藏区的朋友可以试一下，适合各种出行，因为只要和对的人、加上好的心情到那里都是一程美好的旅行，酒店在江边景致非凡，停车方便，酒店前台小姐姐漂亮热情，有礼貌，笑容甜美，服务很好，总之这家酒店是追求安逸、别致、温馨、清奢的好去处。

非常完美的一间酒店，没法想像在奔子栏这样欠发达的藏区小镇竞然有一间如此超五星的酒店，设计师独具匠心，服务也尽善尽美，未来肯定会再来的。

隐藏在河谷里憩息之所，从外在环境来说，气候温和干燥，民风淳朴。（最后一张照片可看出酒店选址的用心）。内在酒店设施齐全、服务员多为当地少数民族人士，热情和细致（询问任何问题他们可以不厌其烦的帮你解决到底），特别要提的是酒店里有两个帅哥管理人员（Alex和Daniel,从酒店总部—毛里求斯派驻），第一天晚上还精心安排了露天电影《奔跑吧，罗拉》他们的服务不夸张的说比超七星服务还OK！酒店的藏餐很棒，价格实惠。酒店内外处处是风景，适合摄影爱好者。总之，这是我在云南最满意的酒店。
