离沙滩有点远，走路要十多分钟才到，楼下就是海鲜市场，可以去选购海鲜加工，价格不算太贵。豪华大床房的床很大，一家三口睡还是很宽松的～就是隔音不好，小孩子在走廊说话跑步都能听见。

这家酒店还不错，离海边稍远，好几百米。最方便之处是旁边就是海鲜农贸市场，吃海鲜方便。晚上安静休息好。前台美女小姐姐非常好！

卫生环境确实跟评价的一样好，服务也很好，吃饭也很方便，直接在后门海鲜市场买了食材加工，吃了三家店，推荐「智胜」饭店…
不足的地方：必须要有车，因为离海滩远。热水时冷时热，洗澡喷头属于能用级别，配不上这个装修和卫生环境，建议改进。
