酒店是老牌四星酒店，服务规范、态度非常好、周到热情。详细为客人介绍本地的旅行常识，有问必答，还热情联系旅行到越南相关事项。因为体质不需要空调的冷风，服务人员及时给调整，冷气非常大，怕热的人入住最合适，怕冷的人不用开空调即可。强烈推荐。
