非常糟糕，基本是最差的住宿体验。虽然之前也对旅游旺季的性价比有心理预期，但没想到那么糟。房间只有1盏灯是亮的，卫生间门框都掉下来，差点打到头。太差了

非常差的一次入住，七点多从海拉尔机场自驾出发，开了三个小时到了额尔古纳发现正兴宾馆正在装修，联系酒店后通知帮忙改定古纳国际酒店。跑过去发现古纳国际酒店一没房，二停电。再次更改到额尔古纳美柯曼尼酒店。浪费了一个多小时。也不知道该点评额尔古纳美柯曼尼酒店还是正兴商务宾馆？对于这件事也没有任何抱歉的意思，是不是很顺理成章啊？酒店装修，为何还要接单？也不提前通知客户？就冲这点，必须差评。

按照携程上的地址没有找到酒店，打电话后被接到了古纳国际酒店。酒店比较大，设施较齐全，服务还不错，由于没有大床房了调了标间主动降价，这点比较满意。枕头一高一低有些不舒服，其他都不错。

此行最满意的一个酒店了，自动给我升级的家庭间，房间非常大，离市中心也很近，价格不贵，就是wifi 信号差了点，需改进。

改了家庭房，超级大，两个电视很犀利，空调很好，浴室极大，住的舒服，停车方便，干净卫生，也很安静，挨着广场遛弯方便，附近有大超市
