服务人员态度差：1前台有个戴眼镜的男服务员，态度特别不好，问个啥假装没听到，你问他一个问题，他问你十句；房间带早餐券，向这个戴眼镜的男的要，说给了，就不管事了，也不去调查给不给，住了三天一张早餐券也不给2酒店管理人家差，房间的免费水也不给，要了就说送过来，等了三天还没送过来3重点投诉这个戴眼镜的男前台服务员，态度恶劣，对酒店影响很大4酒店价格还可以，房间也行，但是管理真不行，服务人员也不行
