早餐很丰盛，位置好，床睡得舒适，有地下停车场可以免费停车。适合带孩子来，这次是和朋友一起开车来的，头一晚去别的酒店只有路边画线停车位还不好停，这个酒店除了酒店门口停车位，地下也有，很方便。

酒店地处美丽的洋澜湖旁，适合晚上去散步，正对面是鄂州重点高中，酒店门口是小吃一条街，有各种美食，逛街也很方便，各种衣服，鞋子店铺。主要出行便利，门口是公交车站，旁边是大型超市。购物特别方便。大厅装修时尚人性化，前台的服务非常好，热情周到，技能操作很熟练。前台推荐了会员权益及早餐厅月底开放，迎宾茶水，会员VIP宵夜赠送。还配送水果，宵夜到房间。全鄂州仅此一家。强烈推荐。客房装修非常舒服，卫生很赶紧，设施设备都很齐全，还赠送几款很不错的软饮给客人。下次来凭此好评可以享受早餐或者房间免费升级服务。非常人性化。不得不为此酒店的管理及营销方式点赞。期待下一次的到来。特别是前台服务很专业，值得表扬。

大堂不错，前台人员也不错，房中卫生间卫生差，地上有烟头洗手台有牙膏渍，水杯满是水渍，茶杯布满灰尘，毛巾是别人用过的上面有头发和黑色异物，浴袍还是湿的，肯定也是别人用过的，床单被罩应该是换过了。
