首先，说实话，服务态度我是一星都不想给。前台业务不熟就算了，关键是工作人员不诚实，明明定的就是两天，非要说是一天，还擅自修改我的订单。还好有最开始的预定信息在，不然真是说不清楚。可即便是这样，酒店方也不承认，还说自己也不知道为什么变成这样？我就呵呵了，订单的问题上，艺龙一直在积极帮我解决，但是酒店就各种不理蛮横无理。其次，个人觉得酒店除了位置比较好以外，其他都不行！房间挺大，但装修老旧、卫生做得不好，厕所的味道很大，早餐就不提了，差！总之，200多的价格，这个性价比，在鄂州，真是非常低！
