整个酒店的环境挺好的，不过位置稍偏，但驾车则无所谓，反正停车位有的事。前台服务很到位，比较能为客人想。两个不满意处：空调制冷不很，换房也不行；房间霉味较大。

客房环境非常好，在崇仁能有这样的酒店真是不错！这次回去六天有五天是在汤溪住的，有一天去县城住了第二天立马选择回汤溪住！

位置稍微有点偏，交通有点不便利，最大吸引人的地方就是温泉，含氡硒，天然黄色，客房环境也不错，早餐稍微简单点，特别是销售部段立经理工作积极，认真负责，下次还来酒店。

客房前台业务能力有待加强，总体酒店给我感觉还是很不错的，温泉很有特色，呈天然黄色，含氡含硒，还要表扬一下销售部的李经理和段经理，服务很好。

酒店前台业务能力有待加强，但是客房和温泉还是不错的，特别是温泉很有特色含氡含硒，还有就是销售部的段立经理和罗小街经理人很好，前前后后介绍帮忙，非常感谢。
